6 Terabit Submarine Cable Completed

With one of the most aggressive submarine cable builds in the world has ended, the first phase of the Trans-Pacific Express submarine cable system directly connecting China, the United States, South Korea and Taiwan is ready for service. The 18,000 kilometers (more than 11,000 miles) of fiber optic submarine cable will play an important role in the development of new international telecommunications in the Asia-Pacific region.
